The Desert Ridge Development is located in the Pelican Point neighborhood of Moses Lake, Washington. Located southeast of the city it features two community parks and close lake access. Lots are available for individuals and to realtor to build.
Pre-Sale Homes
Danco Homes owns or purchases land and financing of land and building project for you. You purchase the home upon completion.
Custom Homes
You already own the land or purchase the land in your name. You finance (cash or credit) land and home building project.
Spec Homes
Danco Homes buys land, chooses the floor plan, finishes, etc., we will build the home and puts home on the market for sale.
